The part of the year when fresh chilies are nowhere to be seen is a long one and, let’s face it, a meal without chili isn’t a meal. We found a solution! We put our chilies into awesome devil’s glasses and poured a hot mix of vinegar, sugar and sea salt over them to keep them “crunchy”.
There are different sorts of chilies in each jar, everything from Jalapeno, Lemon drop, Habanero and Cherry bombs…
