This is a medium hot chili sauce, suitable for all those who like a moderately hot feeling in their mouths. It features Habanero orange chili peppers, fried pearl onions and beef tomatoes that are being kissed by the sun all day long beneath the Pohorje hills.
We add other ingredients, all planted and grown on our eco farm, to obtain an even better taste and a good texture.
And so one of the best chili sauces is born.
CLASSIC Pohorc chili sauce is best used as a cooking ingredient or as seasoning on some dishes, such as roast beef, hamburgers, pizza, pasta, risotto, soups…
Store in a cool, dark place. Shake well before use. After opening, keep refrigerated for up to 3 months.
