For some time, we have been hesitant to respond to our customers’ requests to make “one crazy hot sauce”. We know that we work with food and that if we do something, we do it more than perfectly. This season, wickedly hot chillies have worked well. After much deliberation, the decision was made to cook the hottest sauce that is naturally possible. From the greenhouse we brought a couple of pots of the insanely hot Carolina reaper chilli, which was the hottest chilli in the world until 2023. We started a fire outdoors, went to get a pot. Scrape in all the chillies and a little more, add the other ingredients and the wild spices. Instead of a stirrer, we took a burning stick and stirred it several times. My colleague was muttering pagan phrases… We sent Pohorc to fetch the main ingredient, which has not been returned to date… It was wild.
Wild is the POHORC, wild is the chilli, wild is the way you cook it and it will be wild in your mouth!
